The Concept
The space heat demand for a house in the cold season is the major energy consuming element. Passive houses are buildings in which the space heat requirement is reduced by up to 85%. This eliminates the need for a conventional heating system. Instead a heat recovery air supply system distributes fresh air and the remaining heat requirement. This will minimise energy consumption and C02 emissions and increase the the ability to heat the home more effectively.
The Benefits
Reduced fuel costs
Increased natural daylight levels

Improved interior air quality
